Chrzanowski v. SDS Autos/Brumos Motors

A class of 21,000 individuals alleged that defendants did not properly disclose certain administrative fees on documentation related to the purchase or lease of vehicles from three dealerships in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Pohl oversaw the conversion of over 5,000 “deal jacket” folders from scanned images into electronic data to be used for class notice and claims verification purposes.  Mr. Pohl oversaw the implementation of the notice program, claims process, and benefit disbursement.
