A class of 46,000 individuals filed a class action lawsuit alleging the a Chicago Police Department did not provide them proper notice to reclaim money that was inventoried upon arrest. Mr. Pohl oversaw the administration of the notice program, claims process, and benefit distribution for the $4.6 million settlement.
