Hoffman v. AT&T Wireless Services

A class of over 1 million subscribers filed a lawsuit alleging the billing software used by a telecommunications company miscalculated municipal sales tax for certain customers.  Mr. Pohl was hired as an expert to review the opposing expert’s damage models in this national class action.
