Consumers filed a class action lawsuit alleging that a retail store violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act ("FACTA") by displaying more than the last five digits of Class Members' credit and debit card numbers on in-store receipts. Mr. Pohl provided pre-settlement consulting for defense counsel and oversaw the administration of the notice program, claims process, and benefit disbursement for the settlement.
