Trujillo v. City of Colorado Springs

A class of 772 officers and sergeants of a local Police Department brought a lawsuit against the city for the compensation of donning and doffing protective equipment before and after shifts. Mr. Pohl oversaw the administration of the notice program, claims process, and benefit disbursement for the $5.25 million settlement.
