Rotandi v. Miles Industries

A class of 27,000 customers filed a lawsuit against a fireplace company alleging they failed to adequately warn customers about the injuries that could be caused by the heat of the glass. Mr. Pohl worked with defense counsel to design a notice program and claims process that helped class members identify the model of their fireplace to accurately select the fireplace screen they received through the settlement.
