Costello v. Beneficial Montana (HSBC)

A class of 31,500 individuals filed a lawsuit against a financial services company alleging that the company violated the Montana’s Consumer Loan Act. In addition to managing the settlement administration process, Mr. Pohl worked with plaintiff counsel to identify, obtain, and incorporate data from the defendant to allow for the proper calculation of settlement benefits.  ($25.0 million settlement)
